Cheshire Ground Control undertakes footing and foundation works in accordance with structural engineer and building control requirements for residential and commercial developments, ranging from small extensions to multi-unit housing and apartment schemes. Following site clearance, we accurately set out foundations to approved drawings, excavate to design depths and bearing strata, and prepare works for statutory inspection. Upon approval, we place concrete footings to specified mixes and tolerances and, using our in-house bricklaying team, construct foundation walls up to damp proof course (DPC), delivering a stable, compliant substructure ready for superstructure works.
