The scheme included extensive excavation works, the construction of retaining walls and steps, installation of drainage and lighting, a high-quality porcelain patio, and the creation of a brand-new driveway with Indian stone detailing and tarmac surfacing. Key Challenges
One of the key challenges on this project was restricted access to the rear garden, which required meticulous logistics planning and efficient use of machinery. Excavation works had to be completed prior to the construction of retaining walls and steps, ensuring structural integrity and long-term stability before proceeding with drainage, lighting, and paving installations.
Our Solution

Once excavation and retaining structures were completed, we installed a robust drainage system to manage surface water effectively. To the front of the property, we constructed a new driveway, combining durable tarmac surfacing with Indian stone steps to provide a premium finish. A modern composite gate was installed to complete the transformation, improving both security and kerb appeal.
